Birmingham Fest 2025 is over and was as ever an absolute joy, with a wonderful range of shows and fantastic performances.
It’s therefore been difficult to pick out some award winners but we’ve done it and here goes!
*BEST SHOW – “GEOGRAPHY OF HOME” (THE MOTHERLAND COLLECTIVE).
*BEST PERFORMANCE – NEKY ( FOR “GEOGRAPHY OF HOME”).
*BEST NEW PIECE – “THE THINGS WE FORGET TO CHANGE” (UP YOURS THEATRE).
*BEST ADAPTATION – “WHEN THE BIRDS COME” (CENTRAL YOUTH THEATRE).
*BEST NEWCOMER – ELLIE GRACE (FOR “THE WHORE QUEEN”).
Huge congratulations to them and everyone else that took part and for all their hard work.
